I had tears as I ke...Wow Karen, beautifully stated. I had tears as I kept reading because how much we are not alone in this feeling of burnout. The worst is sometimes not feel the gretitude or appreciation of all the sacrifices we do. Some have to put their lives on hold and that must hurt, some move on but hurting with open wounds in their hearts. Either is bad and hurts, so THANK YOU for being there and help us remind ourselves that we are not alone.
